Submitting an inquiry through our website forms, initiating contact via WhatsApp, or participating in an exploratory telephone or video consultation does NOT constitute a legally binding service agreement, does NOT confirm a wedding booking, does NOT secure or guarantee calendar dates, and does NOT fix venue or vendor pricing.

A formal professional relationship and binding event commitment are established only upon the mutual execution of a comprehensive, customized written Client Service Agreement signed by both parties and the receipt of the initial agreed planning retainer.

3. Direct Vendor Transparency & Third-Party Suppliers

The Shaadi Swagat operates as a professional wedding planner, designer, and executive management coordinator. We maintain a transparent open-book policy for third-party disbursements:

  • Third-party suppliers — including heritage palaces, luxury hotels, commercial caterers, live entertainment acts, sound & lighting technicians, photographers, and transit providers — operate under their own independent contracts and commercial terms.
  • While we rigorously audit and coordinate every vendor on-site, The Shaadi Swagat is not directly liable for independent third-party acts, vendor mechanical failures, or changes in hotel management policies.

4. Intellectual Property & Website Content

All brand marks, visual design, custom layouts, articles, guides, floral concepts, and architectural wedding photographs published on https://shaadiswagat.com/ are the proprietary intellectual property of The Shaadi Swagat (or used with authorized permission). Reproduction, syndication, or commercial redistribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

5. Weather Contingencies & Force Majeure

Rajasthan’s historic lake palaces, garden courtyards, and desert dune estates require proactive environmental contingency planning. While The Shaadi Swagat engineers comprehensive weather-proofing, weatherproof canopies, and secondary indoor banquet transitions, neither party shall be liable for event delays or modifications caused by acts of God, extreme unseasonal weather events, natural disasters, epidemics, government curfews, or civil unrest beyond reasonable human control.

6. Schedule A: Wedding Service Cancellation & Retainer Framework

Draft Policy Schedule — For Client & Contractual Review

Because luxury destination weddings in Rajasthan require months of advance palace blocking, bespoke production fabrication, and dedicated artisan reservation, service cancellation and date changes are governed by the following operational principles:

  • Planning & Management Retainers: The initial retainer reserves our command centre exclusively for your event calendar and covers preliminary creative design, architectural site surveys, and vendor curation. Specific milestone refundability or retention schedules are detailed explicitly in your bilateral service contract.
  • Independent Venue & Hotel Bookings: Cancellation, attrition, and date-shift policies for palace suites, banquet halls, and hotel room inventories are established independently by the respective hotel properties (e.g., Oberoi, Taj, Leela, Fairmont) and are passed through directly according to their commercial contracts.
  • Production & Artisan Disbursements: Any customized decor production, bespoke structural fabrication, or artist advance fees already disbursed to third parties prior to written cancellation notice are subject to the recovery policies of those specific vendors.
  • Date Rescheduling: In the event of extraordinary circumstances requiring date adjustments, The Shaadi Swagat will endeavor in good faith to transfer planning services to an alternate mutually available calendar date, subject to venue availability and milestone terms.

Note: Exact cancellation notice deadlines, percentage schedules, and milestone terms are finalized individually in the signed Client Service Agreement and confirmed by the business owner.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and any bilateral service agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with website use or contractual services shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Udaipur, Rajasthan, India.
