In 2018, Kush Bhatt brought an educator’s pedagogical precision and organizational discipline to royal celebrations across Rajasthan. Observing widespread fragmentation, opaque supplier markups, and chaotic communication that often burdened wedding families, he established The Shaadi Swagat on a singular premise: that royal celebrations should feel effortless because the complexity is managed under one unified command.
